Microsoft & Storat.com hosted a Digital Marketing workshop for Medical Centers in Microsoft offices in Abu Dhabi with a special speaker from Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centers.
The event highlighted the importance of digital transformation through a cost-effective & strong online web presence using the latest digital marketing trends, online tools & strategy concepts to attract more customer online.
The workshop covered important areas for Abu Dhabi cosmetic medical centers to transform to digital marketing including, building an effective digital marketing strategy, tactics for social media presence and advertisement, measurement tools, and search engine optimizations.
Ahmed Bahaa, Digital Marketing Manager at Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centers, initiated the workshop session by discussing the best practices of digital marketing for medical centers in the UAE while extensively highlighting the importance of transformation. The interactive session engaged a powerful & insightful Q&A session between Bahaa & the attendees.
The second session was presented by Mustapha Ramadan. Storat.com Founder & CEO discussing the paradox of traditional marketing & printed media along with talking about the journey of developing a digital marketing strategy through a 5 simple steps process.
Mustapha then gave stage to Maria del Mar Navarro, VP of Sales at Storat.com who explained in depth the different areas to drive traffic to a website online using different marketing channels, & tools.
The third session was then presented by Rola Aziz, VP of Marketing at Storat.com, explaining the importance of measuring, tracking & optimizing online campaign performances and delivery using different KPIs while presenting some online analytical tools.
Microsoft team Michael Kandalaft, Microsoft Gulf Healthcare Channel Development Manager briefed the audience on how Office 365 can help in the digital transformation of medical centers all while demoing in real time including the latest Office 365 Social engagement tool.
The workshop ended with a discussion among Medical Centers about digital transformation and its benefits. Members of different medical centers also highlighted the challenges in adopting the new tools and concepts of digital marketing, but the engaging discussion conclusively sparked the importance of acting on implementing digital transformation Today and not Tomorrow.
