A residential area yet untouched, Al Awir has a lot of new residential units coming up this year. This is one of the cheapest areas in Dubai as per the Rera rent calculator. Nearest metro station is Rashidiya metro station on the red line. 2017 might see a huge number of new residents coming to Al Awir making the area more attractive for locals, residents and tourists.
2. Dubai Outsource Zone
Most suited for bachelors and is not very family friendly in terms of utilities, transport and other facilities. Nearest other areas are the, International City and Academic city. Dubai Investment Park is similar to DOZ, in terms of rent and facilities.
3. Dubai International City (DIC)
Rashidiya metro station is the nearest metro stop for DIC. Dragon Mart and Al Warsan Lake makes this place attractive. Dubai Outsource Zone, Academic City and Dubai Festival City are nearest areas which can be reached very fast.
4. Abu Hail
Abu Hail is a popular residential area at a comfortable distance from the centre of Dubai and also has a dedicated metro station. It is mostly populated by Asian expatriates and has easy access to supermarkets and other utility outlets as well. Other areas in Dubai with nearly similar brackets are Al Ras, International Media Production Zone and Naif.
This area boasts a great environment and many utilities for families. Nearest metro is Ibn Battuta metro station. Best part of it is that the Dubai Metro Route 2020 will pass through Gardens.
6. Al Qusais
Staying here will give you easy access to any part of the city. It also avoids the busy traffic. You can reach Sharjah in less than 30 mins. Top attractions here are the schools and hospitals at every turn and the dedicated metro stop.
7. Al Karama
Busiest areas of Dubai. Mostly populated with middle and lower income Asian expats. You will love shopping, food and good residential units here. You will find very old buildings and shops. ADCB metro station is the nearest dedicated station for Karama.
