FWOnly reason why I will give a 5 is because the lady that came is nice and cleans good. But the service was delayed on a Saturday evening when i have plans and its not her fault she was dropped at the wrong place

ROHorrendous company. Booked for Saturday and never showed up. Said they come come Sunday and again never showed. Looked for payment for service that never took place. Rang the company and they said they would reply to me and never did. Rang twice today asking if I wanted a weekly cleaner and then rang me thinking I was a different client.
