2. What is the expected time of arrival to do the service?

For next day booking, if it is confirmed, the cleaning crew will arrive on time. For same day booking, we will do our best accommodate your request. If the appointment is confirmed, the following is how long it takes the cleaner to arrive:

The prices are usually set based on dfferent factors such as:

Prices start at AED 15 per square meter, but we will send you the price and call you back within 1 business hour.

5. How do I pay?

Two ways of payments can be done either by Credit Card payment online once you book for the service or by Cash after the delivery of the service

6. How is it done?

Generally this is how it's done:

• Step #1: Initial Inspection - The team will thoroughly inspect the rug, identify spots and stains. If they identify dust mites which can't be removed from cleaning alone, they might recommend the carpet to be serviced by pest control companies in Dubai that can help you get rid of them, and then clean it for you.
• Step #2: Pre-Cleaning vacuuming - The team will come with strong vacumming machinery to remove all the dust and dirt from the carpet.
• Step #3: Washing & Shampooing- Another machine which incorporates special shampoo material and water will be used to wash the rug. The team will also use specific material on stubborn stain spots.
• Step #4: Dry Cleaning- Using suction technology, the remaining water on the carpet will be removed.
• Step #5: Final Inspection- The crew will do final check-up on the carpet to make sure all stains and spots are cleaned

7. What if I want the service in the same day?

Although it is recommended a 24 hours window for the order to be processed, but we can still deliver to you the service in the same day depending on the availability of the crew.
