3. When can you Book?

Whether you're going out on a date night or your taking the kids to a public park, it is preferred that you book for the service at least 1-2 days ahead as some companies might charge extra for same day bookings.

4. How to Prepare for the Child Care Service?

• Let Your Kids Know in Advance: To avoid your kids from being shocked when they first meet the caregiver, sit them down at least a day ahead and let them know that the nanny will be joining them the next day. Try to explain to them why she is coming into your home and answer as many questions as possible. You can always ask for the nanny to come over and meet your kids in advance for them to familiarize and get used to each other.
• House Orientation & Ground Rules: To get the best service, it is important that you walk the nanny around the house, show her where things are such as the toys, snacks, diapers. As well as listing your ground rules with the kids such as "No TV after 4:00 pm" or "No chocolates around the clock". The care giver needs to be familiarized with your house culture to provide you her best.
