- How does it work?

Once you sign up on Storat

  1. A Virtual Number (landline Number) is assigned to your store.
  2. Interested customer will call the virtual number which will connect to your landline or mobile.
  3. The call will be logged in your store Lead Management Dashboard.
  4. You will receive an SMS and Email with the details of the call. The call will be recorded and you can play it back from the management dashboard.
  5. If the call is missed, didn't connect, or your line was busy, the caller phone number will still be saved in your dashboard and you will receive an SMS and Email with the caller details.

- How can I enable the Call Center and call recording?

If you are enrolled in Storat Lead generation Program, a virtual number is assigned to your store. The only step needed is to go to Call Center Settings under lead management dashboard, read the terms & conditions, accept it and click on Enable Call Center. That is it! all future calls will be recorded and can be played back from the Call card in lead management dashboard.

- Is Storat Call Center Solution available in all countries?

Currently, the solution is available to all customers in UAE. It is also available in a limited trial in Saudi Arabia.
