AAIt was one of the worst experiences. I have explicitely requested for an experienced nanny/ babbysitter who is able to deal with a one year old baby. They sent me a maid who was afraid to touch him because he was crying. I demanded to refund me the daily fee or else i will complain to consumer protection

NNDear Team, Please be informed that the company that you have assigned to supply nanny for my child is not capable enough to manage our need. They are not sending the nanny on the days that we specified. The company is so irresponsible and they are accountable for two days salary deduction. Regarding this I contact storat to complain about the irresponsible attitude of the management, but even storat is not taking initiative to solve this issue.
