WvI am disappointed with this unprofessional service and dissatisfied with the outcome. Highly advise you do not use this company. 1. Service provider did not speak English and could not communicate. 2. Service provider did not bring an adaptor for his own machine. 3. House was left covered in water and I had to mop after they left. 4. Sofa smells badly after 5. Sofa was left very wet and as it dried was covered in patchy water stains. 6. Sofa appears dirtier after the service. 7. Requested a follow up clean and service provider did not come to the appointment. 8. Have tried to contact the company and no reply.
