She was very late, and when she came she was very slow. She didn’t clean anything properly. The rooms, the desks, the mirrors, the kitchen, and the balcony were not cleaned well. She also broke one of our coffee mugs, and did not even tell us. This was a very bad experience. Even when we told her what to do, she still did not do it properly.
