TAI am very disappointed, I will delete my account and never deal with Storat again, this is the 3rd time I deal with mistakes from storat, 2 weeks ago the cleaner did not even show up and I was promised a compensation but I got nothing!! Yesterday I booked at 7pm and with cleaning materials, the cleaner showed up at 7:35 and without cleaning materials and I requested a call but until now nobody called me, your customer service is terrible and I definitely will not deal with you again.
