1- How to Order?

• Step #1 Book Online: request a free quote at the top of this page or call us to help you place your order.
• Step #2 Pickup Collection: A driver will pickup your items in a Bag at your door steps
• Step #3 Dry Cleaning: We will wash, dry clean, press, iron and fold based on your request
• Step #4 Drop-off and Delivery: Based on your requested delivery date and time, your laundry be dropped off to your door

2- How do I pay?

You can pay via credit card or cash after the service delivery. Pick up and delivery fees are for free.

3- What is the difference between Dry Cleaning and Laundry

Dry cleaning process uses special chemical solvents and tumbling method to remove stains and thorough clean the garments. Laundry cleaning on the other hand uses smoother solvent and methods to clean the clothes.

Our trained staff and professionals will recommend and use the optimal cleaning option for your set of clothes.

4- What if I want the service in the same day?

That we can do! We can deliver to you the service within one hour from collection (depending on your location inside or outside Abu Dhabi and the number of items). The price for same day service will be double the charge.

5- Will the price be different if I choose steam iron or normal ironing?

No. Both steam ironing and normal ironing (pressing) will have the same price. Our crew of professional will choose the method according to the fabric of the clothing to make sure no damage is caused. If you prefer one method over the other, just make sure to mention it to us or to the delivery crew member.

6- When can my order be collected or delivered?

We can come pickup your clothes or drop them off for you from 8:00 am to 11:59 pm (UAE Time) all days of the week. The delivery can happen on the same day or at your requested date/time.

7- Will you fold the clothes?

You can expect your fresh clothes to be delivered perfectly packed with handles and/or folded according to the type of the clothing and based on your request.

8- How should I prepare for the service?

The crew will come pick up the clothes to be cleaned with their bags. All what we will be needing from you are special instructions or requests if needed.
