1- How to Order?

All you need to do is book your service at the top of the page:

• Step#1: the options available, choose how many rooms your apartment, villa or office you have.
• Step#2: Select the date/time you want the service to be completed
• Step#3: You will get the confirmation via sms/email & one of Storat specialists will give you a call to make sure your desired service and special instructions are taken care of.

2- How is it done?

• The service is done only for indoor areas only using spray.
• Upon arrival, the crew will first inspect the rooms and cover certain areas they don’t want the spray to reach.
• Sanitization will be applied on surface areas to free them from contaminants & effectively remove multiplications of bacteria and germs.
• The spray will also be applied on all furniture and every corners/walls of the rooms.

3- How long does it take?

It usually depends on the space or area that the disinfection team will work on. But usually the minimum time require for the service to be completed is two hours for a one bedroom apartment.

4- How to prepare for the service?

Not much will be needed from you in terms of furniture moving, the team will take care of everything since the sterilization will be sprayed on your furniture. You will need to cover kitchen supplies (plates, forks etc..). You will also need to put your kids toys away in plastic bags.

The sterilization team will make sure to first tell you about this if they weren’t done prior to the start of the service.

For Apartments and Offices

• One Room= AED 255
• Two Rooms= AED 340
• Three Rooms= AED 430
• Four Rooms= AED 550
• Five Rooms= AED 650

For Villas

• One Room= AED 250
• Two Rooms= AED 450
• Three Rooms= AED 500
• Four Rooms= AED 550
• Five Rooms= AED 650

We usually advise that our crew members visit the offices first for inspection (sending pictures or letting us know the square meter of your offices will be enough for quick surveys). Accordingly, a survey will be sent to you with the prices.

6- How do I pay?

You can pay before the service by credit card or you can pay by cash or credit card after the service delivery.

8- What is the expected time of arrival to do the service?

For next day booking, if it is confirmed, the cleaning crew will arrive on time. For same day booking, we will do our best accommodate your request. If the appointment is confirmed, the following is how long it takes the cleaner to arrive:

• All areas inside Abu Dhabi Island including khalidiya, Al Bateen, Al Mushrif, Tourist Club Area, Airport Road, etc: 15 to 30 minutes
• Khalifa City A : 30 to 45 minutes
• Baniyas : 45 minutes to 1 hour
• Al shamkha : 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes
• Al shama : 30 minutes to 1 hour
• Al shawamekh : 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes
• Al Reem Island : 30 to 45 minutes
• Saadiyat island : 30 to 45 minutes
